Handwrap is where your operators walk around a stationary load with a roll of plastic in their hands.

MAXIMUM LOAD SIZE
This is the actual size of your largest load.
Typically expressed as width x length x height.
Note: Loads may hang over or fall inside of the pallet edges so expressing your load size as your pallet size is not appropriate.
Note: Please indicate if the height expressed includes the height of the pallet or not.
Examples: 35"W x 44"L x 5'H on pallet, 44"wide by 40" long by 78" high on slip sheet, 60" X 48" @ 8' total, 36" diameter roll x 42"H without pallet, etc.
MINIMUM LOAD SIZE
This is the actual size of your smallest load.
Typically expressed as width x length x height.
Note: Loads may hang over or fall inside of the pallet edges so expressing your load size as your pallet size is not appropriate.
Note: Please indicate if the height expressed includes the height of the pallet or not.
Examples: 24" x 24" x 24" w/o pallet, 40"W X 44"L X 36"H on pallet, 36"wide by 46" long by 5 ft high on slip sheet, 36" diameter roll x 42"H without pallet, etc.

LOAD STABILITY
To indicate how stable the loads are prior to being wrapped.
A Stable load can be handled easily without falling apart prior to wrapping, and will not present a problem being rotated by the machine during the wrap cycle.
An Unstable load will tend to fall apart unless extra care is taken when moving the load prior to wrapping, or may not survive the rotational forces of a typical turntable style wrapper.

Please indicate all means by which you handle your loads, both prior to and following being wrapped.
If Other, please provide details in the 'Notes and Comments' section.
Please select all that apply.
