Phoenix PRTG-2150 Rotary Arm Stretch Wrapper

This popular wrapper meets the demand for a standard duty, rotary arm, semi-automatic, with pre-stretch, and available options to meet common needs.  Designed to provide a free standing design that is not dependent upon building structures or robust flooring to support the machine.
