Muller Raptor 1525CN Turntable Automatic Wrapper
(with Infeed/Outfeed Conveyors, as shown)

This product meets the demand for a heavy duty, conventional turntable, with infeed and outfeed conveyors, fully automatic cutter and impulse sealer, with powered pre-stretch, and available options to meet common needs.

AdvantagesDisadvantages
  • Fully automated operation does not require an operator (loads are transferred in and out via automated conveyor)
  • Automated film clamp, cutter, and impulse seal
  • Minimal floor space requirement (compared to other fully automatic systems)
  • Pre-stretch film carriage maximizes the stretching of the film, significantly reducing the cost of packaging per load
  • Pre-stretch produces superior shipping package
  • An array of available options accommodates needs for over-sized loads, etc.
  • May not be suitable for unstable loads which cannot accommodate rotation
  • Load supporting turntable has maximum load weight limitations
  • Turntable load bearing components require maintenance
  • Permanent installation required (i.e. not fork lift portable)
  • Increased installation costs (professional installation recommended)
  • Requires higher supply voltage
  • Requires pneumatic power (air)

Common Options:

  • Height extension
  • Safety fencing
  • Safety light curtains
